"Room 404- The sink was backed up. The maindoor to the room is difficult to open/close as the door and/or frame are not square. The carpet in the area between the bathroom and bath was damp/wet. For what the room cost, poor value"

"Place looked good from the outside. Inside the room was okay. Construction was occurring on third floor - a lot of workers coming and going and noise in the morning. TV didn’t work at all. Breakfast was extremely basic (microwaved jimmy dean sandwiches in a warmer tray and microwaved turkey sausage patties only hot food). Staff was nice, coffee was decent."

"We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had"

"Bed sheets were dirty, asked to move to a different room and it was the same case we stayed for four days the room never got cleaned and never got new towel and when I asked for new towels and I got them they had black hairs in it"
