The room was so big and comfortable with the living room, kitchen and king size bed. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but other than that I had no issues.

I liked the setup of the courtyard and separate units. I also loved the size of the units and the virtual check in but what I didn’t like was the fact that this was home for some people. It was permanent residence and they had dogs. Folks also propped the doors open at all time making a fairly secure installation unsafe.

My stay here was really nice and easy. The staff was extremely courteous as I arrived after hours and had no problem retrieving my room keys. Communication is key as anything I had a question about or requested was met with positivity and willingness to assist. The room itself was perfect as it had a really comfy king bed, and a pullout in the separate living space. There were plenty of towels, and the room came with the essential kitchen appliances, dinner ware, and utensils one would need to prepare meals. The room had hard flooring surfaces in the front living space and bathroom which makes for a cleaner space. There was carpet in the main sleeping area which was clean and well maintained. The AC unit was controlled at the wall and made the space very comfortable. I never had to hunt for a parking space as there was always one available. Overall the facility was clean and well managed. I will keep this location on my radar as I often travel to Charlotte.

Room was fairly clean. Dust visible near air vents and room had a weird smell. Still a pretty good room and an overall great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my entire stay.

This worked well for us. We didn't use the dishwasher but it was nice they had one. It came with a dishwasher soap pack. We ended up getting some dish soap and washed by hand our dishes. There isn't anything to cook in the oven with so bring whatever pans you need. There's skillets and a pot I believe. There was a toaster but we didn't plug it up. We just used the 2 beds but there's also a let out couch. It was not super busy when we went or at least it appeared that way cause we didn't see many people but the parking lot was full. I will say try to get a 3rd floor room as we were on the 2nd floor and the people above us were noisy at like 3am and 5am which was not good. There was no pool or breakfast but there was a common area with 1 grill you could use if you wanted and the common area had outdoor furniture and tables. Staff were professional and courteous. There was free wi-fi but I couldn't ever figure out how to get it to work. We would definitely stay here again if we did repeat stays but most of the time we look for new places to stay each time we come to the Charlotte NC area. The pictures online are what the rooms really look like inside.

It was the best stay I had in Charlotte. When I go back to Charlotte I will be back there. My home away from home. Very clean,very roomy. I love the staff very friendly an helpful. Kitchen was nice an parking was good.

All employees were absolutely the sweetest!!! It’s in a safe spot and we got a quiet room. 10/10 would stay here again. Check in is through their app and honestly easy once you get the hang of it.

The hotel was clean, excellent location and a good value for the price. A couple of things were unfortunate. The elevator was not working! I’m glad we didn’t have a lot of heavy bags. Also, the door to our room was damaged. It was difficult to open and close.
