"You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. "I booked this house for my nephew's wedding for myself, husband, baby, parents and sister. Lovely layout with common spaces on the 1st floor and bedrooms/bathroom upstairs. Check-in was super easy and communication with hosts was seamless. We didn't get to explore RIverhead very much due to wedding festivities, but the house is close to downtown."

"The room they gave me said non-smoking and had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and an unpleasant smell of marijuana. The smoke sensor was broken. I spoke to the receptionist and after half an hour of waiting, she gave me a solution of giving me another room with the same smell and I have a 4-month-old girl and they don't understand that. I don't recommend it for families."

We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe.
