Set atop a hill in Truro overlooking Cape Cod Bay, welcome to Summer Bluff!

A walk up a flight of exterior stairs brings you to the home’’s entrance. Once inside, cook up a meal in the full kitchen and enjoy it in the cozy dining area. Watch a movie in the living room before heading to bed in one of two bedrooms in this sleeps 4 home. A set of twin beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other are the perfect places to count sheep after a day on the beach.

Boasting one of the most iconic views of the Cape, stare straight across Cape Cod Bay to the tip of Provincetown, with Pilgrim Monument clearly defined in the near distance. The breathtaking view is only one of the many perks of staying here. A private bayside beach is a short walk down a path at the edge of the property, while the shuttle to Provincetown center allows the opportunity to leave your vehicle parked at home for a carefree and car-less day.

Summer Bluff is one of five two-bedroom cottages available for rent at this property; other cottages include Sunset Bluff (12215), Wind Bluff (12216), Bay Bluff (12217), and Spring Bluff (12218).

Beautiful beach, nice deck for reading, well supplied kitchen, and good restaurants. Fun investigating the area and liked the shuttle to P-Town.

Truro Peace & Quiet

My husband and I had an amazing mini-break and loved everything about our rental. The location, quality of the property, beach views and quick walk to the beach was just what we needed. It's close to restaurants, the winery and Provincetown. So tranquil. A definite for another visit!

Spotless!! Adequate linens. I feel the kitchen could've been better stocked, (guess I'm just used to mine). Andthe fridge didn't fit in that space and doors didn't close right. But we had all that we needed, and the views were great. We love staying in Truro

Lovely little cottage on the cape. Easy walking distance to the beach, and close enough in case you need to run up to grab something real quick. Both bedrooms are a good size, and the living room has plenty of space to relax and hang out. Beautiful ocean view from the deck.

Great Trip to the beach!

The whole trip was great. The property had everything we needed. We even cooked dinner one night instead of going out. The place was very clean. It was just great! The only thing I would recommend is having a hose outside to rinse your feet off after being at the beach and before entering the house. We kept a beach towel on the steps to wipe our feet. Otherwise, it was clean, well equip, and totally comfortable.

Toilet problems for three days. Husband hsd to turn balve on so we vould flush. Off so it wouldn't leak on floor Worse day Wednesday. Told noone would come to fix because of rain and traffic Fixed late Thursday afternoon Request compensation for 3 days of frustration Left on Friday Considered about more issues. Left house immaculate and did all that was requested of us Tell owners to invest in new toilet!!!

Cottage number five

The property was really absolutely perfect. There were a couple issues. The back slider needs work the sliding door. And there was a shade that was all torn but Overall beautiful perfect and Gloria is lovely. Thank you.! Be back next year if you’ll have us!

Cape Cod Stay

The property was advertised as having an on-site washer and dryer and this was the primary reason we choose to book it. There was no washer and dryer and this was very deceptive advertising and feel we were duped. Nothing like packing dirty and wet clothes for the trip home. This should be removed immediately from the amenities so no one else is duped in renting the property

Wonderful Clean and Convenient

Excellent Home-Away-From Home. All amenities provided. Only complaint is that the Queen Bed was very hard (making it almost impossiblt for me to sleep my first night), and there were aggressive ants all over the Kitchen Counters even though we never left any food out and were constantly cleaning the counters. Other than that - I hope to stay there again or at another comparible Cottage with an obstructed view of the Cape Cod Bay and Beyond. We loved it. But there is room for improvement. This was my first time ever - renting a Cottage! Hoping to do this again!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our time in North Truro and the property was as advertised, but i think the sliding door to the porch should have worked properly (the runners were rusty) and the couch could have been more comfortable. We were also unclear aboutyhe recycling process.

Great stay in Truro! Can’t beat the views!

We had a great week in Truro! The home is lovely and was very clean. Our code for the door did not work on arrival but I called and was given a different code to use. The home had all the cooking utensils and dinnerware we could need which was so convenient. My husband and I prefer a softer mattress and the mattresses were extremely firm, which left us feeling a little stiff and sore. I would recommend bringing your own topper if you do not prefer an extremely firm mattress. The views from the deck were beautiful & we enjoyed coffee and meals out there. I loved that the deck could only be access from inside the home, this was convenient as I have a wandering toddler. The home is close to everything but still quiet and serene. The walking path to the beach is very convenient - if you have a wagon or stroller you can use the street instead to go around just because the path includes a decent amount of sand and stairs. Overall a fantastic stay!
