"Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. "

"The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. Thoughtful items like nightlights, labeled light switches (so easy but so useful), and motion sensing lights on the outdoor deck stairs for when you were out later than expected and forgot to leave the outside lights on. "It was a great weekend in a magical place. Our favorite part was high tides - you can actually swim there - the water is warm unlike the ocean water. Highly recommend! The house has everything that you may need and our dog had everything provided as well!"

"This is a sweet, clean home at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The place feels clean and fresh, the outdoor shower smelled of new aromatic cedar, and they even had a disc golf basket and disks available for practicing! We arrived to home made cookies from Tara our host in honor of my wife's recent retirement. Wow! Tara and her team have done a great job here, highly recommended."

"This house worked perfectly for two families vacationing together. The lower level provided a great hang out space for the teens. This home has recently been renovated and has new floors, appliances, and very comfortable beds. "Property is beautiful, in a lovely setting, private but not too far from activities and great food. The house is maintained well and was perfectly clean, with a few maintenance issues which could be corrected quickly (bathroom doors that do not close and an extraordinarily squeaky upper floor.)"

"Our group of 6 stayed at Lieutenant's Lodge in late May/early June -- it is such a great place. Location couldn't be more perfect - stairs down to the beach/flats right out the back door. Kitchen is great, beds and living area were super comfortable. Got stopped at the bridge once by high tide - while waiting we waded in and watched the horseshoe crabs do their thing -- very cool! We highly recommend Lieutenant's Lodge."

"Magical. Wonderful location situated right on the beach and the bay. Space was plentiful and we only needed the first level. Play space for kids in basement and two bedrooms at floor 2. Parking space adjacent to property. 2 steps up to main door so easy for older folks. "

"This property was a dream for us and communication with the host was great. The bay panorama was unobstructed and breathtaking. House set up was perfect for our dog. Private staircase leading to the bay beach made us feel like royalty. Spectacular sunsets from the back porch and we can't wait to come back!"
