"Room was ready when we arrived early. So we dropped our stuff, turned up the heat and changed for the bowl game at Fenway. All staff we spoke with were very personable and polite. When we returned after the game (freezing) to change for dinner, it was still only 62 in the room and the phone did not work (room 210). We went down and told the desk and they sent someone up. "Amazing everything. 5 minutes to the Common. Incredible views from the upper floor rooms (we were 2110 - upgraded THX). And there is roof top area as well with plenty sofa space.
