"Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, towels and linen. Outside areas were clean and well cared for. This was our 4th time staying at peppertree and I haven't been disappointed either time. I love the ocean view from the condo and I love the fact that it's right on the beach. It's also very convenient to everything. The patios are a little small and the upstairs air conditioner was dripping down on ours but not a big deal. We just love Pepper Tree by the Sea. Hope to stay there...

I spent hours washing their sheets. Pet beds in the closet even tho no pets allowed. So if you have an allergy do not book this place. 3rd floor unit with no elevator. BEWARE. Host acknowledges it only sleeps 6 even tho the listing says 8 and let's you book 8. Host doesn't make it right at all!! Do not stay here."

"Sarah, the owner of this unit had some of the best communication skills that I've ever seen with a Vrbo! She was on top of things from start to finish and helps with some issues that we had that were out of everyone's control! We very much appreciated her and the place was very nice and clean! It was also very nice that she kept us posted when the condo was ready early and we had the ability to check in early! That was extremely helpful to us! We would absolutely rent this unit again!"
