    Long, relaxing, sun-splashed beach days await at this cute and comfortable condo in North Myrtle Beach. The location simply can't be beat, with the soft golden sand of Crescent Beach across the road.

    Nestled between Ocean Drive and Atlantic Beach, Crescent Beach is the smallest of North Myrtle Beach's neighborhoods but it boasts one of the widest stretches of sand. It's quiet and family-friendly, with an assortment of restaurants, shops, and entertainment nearby. Within less than a mile, you'll find Azalea Sands Golf Club, Beachwood Golf Club, Lost Treasure Golf, and other attractions for all ages and interests.

    Each day here begins on the sunny front patio, complete with a bistro table for your morning coffee, breakfast, and newspaper. The afternoons are every bit as pleasant, as you walk home from the beach to be greeted by central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and community laundry facilities. Fix cold drinks and appetizers in the well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), and sit down to enjoy them at the breakfast bar. For your evening entertainment, you'll have cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

    Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
    All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina, LLC.

    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place to stay. Not a lot of traffic, short walk to beach, washer, dryer located in a common area (please have quarters) friendly neighbors and short drive to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely use again.

I absolutely loved it here! Beautiful on the inside and very clean. The beach is a few feet away, which is a huge convenience. Neighbors are friendly and it’s very quiet. Ideal for a vacation. I highly recommend!

Great little beach condo

We enjoyed our stay just a short walk across the street from the beach. Kitchen area is great for making small meals and snacks. No dishwasher, so be prepared to wash your dishes. Beds were comfortable. Condo only has 1 in-wall AC unit, not central air, but the air can circulate pretty well throughout the whole place with ceiling fans. There are some knick knacks and decor that we moved up and away from the kids. Parking is right outside this 1st floor unit which was great for packing/unpacking. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit which we didn’t know ahead of time! Don't forget to use the faucet outside to rinse off sand, another unknown benefit. Would stay here again.
