"Horrible experience. No hot water for the shower, room was probably around 90 degrees and I specifically called down to the receptionist but no answer. Left multiple messages and never a call back. Slept maybe an hr after driving 16 hours not only because of the heat but also the banging of the doors ..."

"Just fine unless you need something. There’s no phone and you have to text customer service and it took us almost 2 hours to get blankets and pillows for the pull out because the unit didn’t have any.
