"the A line train from the airport to Union Station was a nice bonus. Ajax (bar/restaurant) had a great appetizer menu for happy hour and the staff (Justin, Jesse, Alyssa) were all great and very helpful with all the suggestions. HIGHLY recommend‼️"

So kind and thoughtful for our anniversary as well as the amenities... we got unexpected snow and they helped us have a fantastic night! The architecture was stunning, the room was beautiful and the convenience of train station was perfect!"

"The staff overall was very unfriendly and not helpful. We stayed 3 nights and our sink was clogged. We asked for service and didn’t receive service until our last day. The toiletries in the room were empty and the bottles were broken. We also received drink tokens however the bar and coffee shop that they could be redeemed in were closed for private events so they could not be redeemed. They also offered a car service for locations around hotel but the car was never available throughout our...

"Loved it! This is a beautiful condo-slash-hotel with loads of space to relax. Our rooms were clean, fully equipped, comfortable, easy to get in/out. The common spaces are amazing. We enjoyed carryout sushi on the 4th-floor patio and played shuffleboard in the 4th-floor lounge. Staff was great. Parking was easy -- but I recommend parking out front during check-in and getting your parking spot reserved with a little help from the front desk if you've never been there before."
