"We had an excellent experience overall. This location offered a spacious and clean place for the 5 of us to stay for the night after an event at Madison Square Garden. We appreciated having a safe place for ourselves and our vehicle to stay during our short visit. Christian’s email communication was perfect and addressed everything that we needed (and more) to ensure that all of our questions were answered before we could even ask them. We would be happy to stay here again when we can stay...

"The rooms were clean but I did not like the fact that all rooms did not have a security lock on it. There were two apartments or rooms on the same floor so I didn't know if they other people were there or could walk into the room. I had to lock all my stuff in the small room when I went out because I couldn't lock my room from the outside. My recommendation would be to add a security lock for all doors not just certain ones."
