Lots of little problems but overall ok

House wasn't very sound proof, could easily hear traffic going over the bridge with windows and doors closed. Hot water ran out quickly. Parking for the car was an incredibly tight squeeze. There were cockroaches when we came in the door but not anywhere else in the house so this could have just been unlucky. Loads of mosquitos in the house as well when we first entered. Living space limited for a family with young kids (definitely not "generous" as advertised). Exhaust fan in bathrooms incredibly loud. Mostly ok other than this, just lots of small problems which became frustrating with the accumulation of these

Beautiful home close to town

Beautiful home close to town. Photos are exactly what we arrived to. We had issues though. On arrival the garage door would not open automatically so had to manually open it. This meant our whole stay the door was not locked. No bedding left for our two kids who slept on the couch even though we stated that 6 people would be arriving. We found a single size blanket and additional pillows off upstairs beds that they had to use. Fridge leaked water. Not talking a little but a whole puddle. Went to use laundry and took a while to realise this was switched off at the mains. Once switched on the garage worked but would close and open and using the washing machine tripped the switch so had to babysit it to make sure washing was done. Didn’t even attempt using the dryer. I believe this is a new listing and has not had many guests but I think the managing agent needs to fix these things to ensure people return. I’m not sure i would stay again

Lovely place but .....

The actual accommodation was great but the floors had clearly not been swept, mopped or vacuumeed as our bare feet were black from the hard flooring & there was other peoples hair on our carpet, in a number of places - yuk!! Made Comfy ended up refunding some of our money as i had to clean the floors!! But not once did they call back when promised. If I was the owner of Generous 2 bedroom in Batemans Bay I'd find another management firm!! We also couldnt fit our large vehicle into the super slim garage with the tiny turning circle entrance it had, so no secure parking. Also the fridge leaked water from time to time for no apparent reason. Otherwise everything else was great.
