    The Space:

    Sol House is entirely unlike anything else on the Central Coast. Designed with Mediterranean elegance as its inspiration — natural textures, sculptural curves, a circular skylight flooding light down the statement staircase — every room has been finished to a standard that feels more like a boutique hotel than a holiday house. Light pours through the open-plan living areas onto a sun-drenched terrace framed by bougainvillea, the resort-style pool shimmers beyond, and North Avoca Beach is 50 metres from the front door. It sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and delivers a level of design detail that guests will talk about long after they leave.

    Sol House is a genuine architectural statement — sculptural curves and natural textures on the exterior, a circular skylight above the statement staircase at the heart of the home, custom joinery and micro-cement finishes throughout, and a warm neutral palette that references the Mediterranean without mimicking it. This is a home built for people who appreciate design, and it delivers at every turn.



    The Pool & Bougainvillea Terrace:

    A resort-style pool framed by bougainvillea and soft Mediterranean landscaping — the natural centrepiece of Sol House's outdoor life. Morning laps with the poolside terrace catching the first light. Long afternoon sessions while the outdoor kitchen fires up for a group dinner. Evening drinks in the alfresco lounge as the sun sets over North Avoca. The bi-fold servery window connects the main kitchen directly to the outdoor bar — the pool terrace and the kitchen work together seamlessly for effortless entertaining.



    The Location:

    Sol House sits 50 metres from North Avoca Beach — a flat, direct walk to one of the Central Coast's most beautiful and uncrowded beaches, beloved for its peaceful atmosphere, clear water, and the kind of quiet that means the beach is genuinely yours. The



    Bouddi Coastal Walk begins nearby for extraordinary headland views. Terrigal and Avoca Beach are both minutes by car. Once you arrive at Sol House, the car rarely needs to move.

    A sculpted island bench, fluted timber cabinetry, and fully integrated V-Zug appliances — the kind of kitchen that makes cooking on holiday a genuine pleasure rather than a compromise. The suburb offers direct access to North Avoca Beach, rockpool areas, and scenic coastal walks, including stunning views toward Terrigal and Avoca Headlands.



    While primarily residential, North Avoca is just a short drive from the cafés, shops and amenities of Avoca Beach and Terrigal, giving residents and visitors both peaceful beachside living and easy access to vibrant village atmospheres. Homes range from coastal cottages to modern beachfront properties, attracting families, retirees and holidaymakers.

    We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.
