"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. "My family of 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay at Collazzone the house suited our needs as there where 5 different family's and we all enjoyed the house and the grounds,the pool and hot tub and games room were all used at different times. "Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. "No complaints from my family and I. The house is beautiful and has a great town view from the mountain. I really enjoyed driving the roads leading up to the home. A true Italian adventure. "Terrific location, comfortable & relaxing. Unfortunately a number of aspects detracted from the quality of a delightful place. Kitchen was very poorly equipped & many basic items were not provided e.g. simple cleaning materials, rubbish bags, chopping board, serving utensils, wine glasses etc etc. The table was broken & wobbly, kitchen lighting terrible. Poor value for money."
