"駅が近く移動も便利でした。御食事処、商店も近く凄く良かったです。部屋は広くは無いですが清掃が行き届いてて綺麗でしたし、コインランドリーが2台あったのが凄く便利でした。3泊しましたが心地よく過ごさせてもらいました。ただ、朝食は残念でした。また遊びに行く時は利用させてもらいたいと思っています。"

"The accommodations were spartan but clean we had the "Family Room", the owner very nice and helpful. The bathroom and shower were fine. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together.It is 15 minute walk to the station and to Byodo-in (main attraction in Uji) There are no food options close by but kitchen access was available. The only real problem is that for anyone who has mobility issues, access to the room was 2 flights of very steep narrow stairs."

"La habitación es excelente, creería que es como una habitación tipo tradicional (no se como es realmente una casa japonesa) y tiene todo tipo de amenidades como pantuflas para el interior y para el baño, cepillos para el cabello y para los dientes, un pequeño refrijerador, y hasta un calentador de agua y te verde. "Alles bestens. Kaffee gibt es an der Rezeption kostenfrei. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde tip top gereinigt. Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof kyoto. Es liegt in einer kleinen Gasse von daher auch sehr ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. "

"We loved this place and would stay here again when we travel back to Kyoto. The place was super clean and quiet. It felt so safe and train stations were in walking distance. We even found an awesome Korean restaurant right around the corner from the place. Also the Lawson store was just a minute away from here and open 24 hours. The staffing were also extra helpful and super sweet. "

"Beautiful house in excellent condition in a nice quiet area. Everything you need is provided in the house. The phone in the house did not seem to work to call the reception though. The nearest Tofukuji Station is only a few minutes’ walk away with two convenience stores on the way. Love to return in the future; cannot recommend more!! "

"I really enjoyed the stay. Spacious and well designed room which were clean and well maintained. Great amenities in the room as well as the building such as ice machines and laundry on all / most floors. Check-in process was easy and quick, and same with the check-out. The staff were really friendly and eager to help. It is located within 5 minutes walk from Kyoto station and Avanti shopping mall which has a range of shops and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would go back to stay....
