"The staff was very nice. The first time I stayed I booked through another site. There was no heat in that unit...at the end of October. BRRRRR. This time the accommodations were fine. We almost cooked ourselves out of the room. It's not a 5 star hotel but if you're looking for a clean, pet friendly, convenient place to stay, close to restaurants and a high quality grocery chain, this is the place. I wish more hotels were set up like this one."

"This apartment was perfect for my stay. It was well furnished with everything a traveler needs, including an iron and ironing board, laundry soap, plenty of towels, toiletries, and decaf coffee (which is hard to find in a hotel room). Bed was comfy and apt was clean. The only things it was missing was a wine bottle opener and a way to connect the TVs to streaming. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in Spokane and highly recommend these apartments."

"The apartment was a perfect home base for a busy weekend! It was such a cute space—spotlessly clean, and having a full kitchen with a fridge was great!
The small desk in the bedroom was perfect for getting a few things done on my laptop. It’s an older home, so there may not be as many outlets as you expect. Next time we’ll bring an extension cord!
We weren’t able to get the fold out bed to work, but our son was comfortable sleeping on the large, soft couch.

"This property was AMAZING!! Rocky was very easy to reach about the couple problems we did have and they were quickly resolved. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was wonderful, the property was absolutely beautiful with wonderful river access, plus there’s an extremely sociable cat, Mittens that wonders the property and kept us great company during our stay. I cannot recommend this property enough for your stay, and we’ll defining be staying here again when we go back to Spokane."
