Apartment in the heart of old Nîmes (parking included)

Beautiful apartment in a typical building in the historic center of Nîmes. This apartment has been completely renovated to welcome you in the best conditions.

The apartment is less than 100 meters from the Arena (amphitheater) and less than 5 minutes walk from the Maison Carrée (Roman temple listed by UNESCO), right next to the town hall.

You have access to the Arena car park for one car (maximum height: 1m90). The car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment (about 200 meters).
The SNCF train station is 500 meters from the apartment.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space. Bed linen is provided.
You can relax in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional.
You have a simple breakfast (milk, orange juice, coffee, tea, accompanied by madeleines, toast and cereals).
In the bathroom you will find everything you need (towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment does not have air conditioning, but in the bedrooms and living room you have ceiling fans.

The accommodation is on the third floor without a lift.
It is on 2 levels, a staircase gives access to the second bedroom.

You are located in the middle of the pedestrian street with all the advantages such as the many very good restaurants in Nîmes, museums, monuments and disadvantages such as noise as in all city centers.

You also have access to a locked room on the ground floor to store bicycles (max 3).

For your arrival (check-in), the apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. (15:00) and the parking from 2:00 p.m. (14:00).

For your departure (check-out), you must leave the apartment no later than 11:00 (11:00) and the parking lot at 13:45 (13:45).

USE OF THE PARKING
For parking, we first meet at the entrance to the parking lot (maximum height 1.90 meters). This is the Arènes parking lot.

I will wait for you at the end of the street to give you the parking pass that you will keep for the duration of your stay.
You can enter and exit as many times as you want thanks to the access card. Parking is free in the parking lot.
You park the vehicle then we leave together to the apartment.

Jon is an excellent host and this apartment was well beyond our expectations. First of all, it’s huge. Lots of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and Jon has thought of everything when setting up a home away from home. Everything we needed was there, even breakfast! The location is excellent. To top it all off Jon supplies a parking pass which makes life so much easier and saved us so much money. Our time here was 6 nights but we would have loved to stay longer! Thanks Jon!

Apartment host was there to meet us and take us into the property. He even provided us with some basics like orange juice, milk, cereal etc...so kind. Apartment was clean and in a really good area. The kitchen and bathroom were very modern and well equipped. The only downsides were the 52 stone spiral steps up to the apartment, thank goodness the owner carried out suitcase up when we arrived...so grateful. Also, no air conditioning...probably not too major under normal circumstances, but when it was 38 degrees was almost unbearable. There are ceiling fans in the living and bedroom areas, but in that heat was not enough. Had windows open but not really helpful and was very noisy then. We managed to enjoy our stay and got around really easily to see the lovely places in Nimes.

Ideal location to explore Nimes

The perfect blend of modern comfort in an authentic older building made our stay memorable and relaxing. The apartment is very well equipped and ceiling fans in all rooms kept us cool when temperatures rose. The location was ideal, a short walk from the train station and all major sights within the historic center of Nimes at our doorstep. And last but not least, the host, Jonathan was absolutely wonderful and helpful at both check-in and departure. Highly recommend!

This property is in a fantastic position in the centre of Nimes and within walking distance of practically everywhere. The host Jonathan was in constant contact and was a great help. A definite must when in Nimes.

Appartement très propre et confortable, situé proche des monuments, musées et restaurants de Nîmes. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pieds. Tres bon contact avec Jonathan qui reste disponible et réactif en cas de besoin. Amazing apartment in Nimes by Roman arena

The apartment in Nimes was just Fantastic!! Just a 2 minute walk from the Roman arena and in the heart of a beautiful and vibrant neighborhood. Jonathan, the owner, was the perfect host. He met us directly in front of the apartment and was so kind and caring. Nimes is an amazing city - the Pont-du-Gard in easily accessible by bus and the almost perfectly preserved Roman temple is just a short walk. Would strongly recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment in Nimes

We had a great stay in Nimes. The apartment was in a great location and everything was within walking distance. The place was well stocked, even including breakfast items. The free parking was a great addition to the stay and very close to the apartment. The host was great with communication and very responsive with any questions. It is on the third floor and does not have an elevator, however the host was very helpful in dealing with our luggage. Being on the top floor made the steps worth it. I would highly recommended this place to anyone traveling to Nimes. The city is so beautiful with so much to do and see.

Modern apartment in an amazing old building with stone spiral staircase to access. Jonathan has covered all details from the breakfast provisions to the quiet overhead fans. The apartment is an easy walk from all the attractions as well as from shops and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer

Excellent experience in vibrant area of historic centre

We were very impressed with our stay in Nimes made better by the thoughtfulness of Jonathan, our host. Jonathan met us at the door despite a change in arrival time, demonstrated all the features of the apartment and made sure we were well informed before he departed. The apartment was a home away from home. Jonathan provided all we needed including a wide range of provisions and laundry facilities in this recently refurbished apartment, with generous sized rooms, to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Stadt

Als 4-köpfige Familie haben wir 5 Tage in der Wohnung von Jonathan verbracht. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war super und Jonathan hat unseren Sonderwunsch (Unterstellung von 4 Fahrrädern) schnell und unkompliziert möglich gemacht. Nicht mal um das Parken muss man sich Gedanken machen! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet und dann noch mehr! Sogar an Lebensmittel fürs Frühstück hat Jonathan gedacht! Die Lage ist super zentral: alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Dass es daher nicht ganz geräuschlos zugeht, ist wohl jedem klar, der im Süden Urlaub macht. Uns stört dies nicht - im Gegenteil ! Jonathan war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir sagen vielen Dank und können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful location!

The location in the heart of Nimes is wonderful. We traveled in the heat of summer so it was hot and no AC, but the ceiling fans helped a lot. Jonathon was an excellent host.

Juste Parfait!

Tout est parfait. Accueil sympathique et personnalisé. Petit déjeuner inclus, ce qui est appréciable quand on ne vient que quelques jours et qu'on a pas trop le temps de faire des courses. Appartement propre, très bien situé à proximité des monuments, commerces, restaurants... Et pour finir parking à disposition en plein centre. Merci à Jonathan Valles.

Un accueil et un hébergement parfait

Il ne manque rien. Beaucoup d'attentions qui font que l'on se sent chez soit. Situé en plein cœur historique, on est dans une maison historique de la veille ville, et il faut vivre au rythme de la ville et profiter de la soirée pour sortir...et il y a de quoi faire. À éviter pour les couches tôt, mais on ne réserve pas en plein centre pour cela.
