This stunning 2-bedroom private apartment offers outstanding views over the entire Bay of Villefranche and the fashionable Cap Ferrat peninsula.
Just a 4-minute walk to a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach.
The property is ideally located on the edge of the picturesque, car-free medieval city center, just a few minutes walk from the pleasant harbor promenade with many good restaurants.
Our apartment sits on the 4th floor and offers a breathtaking sea view from the private terrace and living room.
There's a elevator in the building.
This corner apartment sleeps 4 people and is very well-appointed and equipped. It features an entrance hall, a kitchen with modern appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven & induction hob), a bathroom, a bedroom, a living room, and a terrace with fantastic panoramic views.
Additionally, the apartment offers fiber optic internetaccess and air conditioning (Heating & Air conditioning).

Villefranche-sur-Mer:
Villefranche-sur-Mer is a charming fishing village with a medieval, car-free town center. This incredibly picturesque area is filled with small, steep stairs in Provençal-Italian style and has many cozy restaurants.
The town enjoys a very pleasant climate all year round. Sheltered by the mountains, it has a particularly mild winter climate with plenty of sunshine.

Easy Access and Exploration
The property offers easy access to public transportation, including buses and trains, which connect you to the airport and all the towns along the coast.
Nice is just 4.5 km away, Monaco is 9 km, and the airport is 13 km.
Buses run 7-8 times per hour during the daytime, and trains depart twice per hour. Getting around without a car is a breeze!
You'll also find convenient shopping options nearby.
Moreover, many beautiful walks can be enjoyed right from the doorstep of the apartment.

Additional Information

The rental price includes electricity consumption of up to 65 kWh per week.
If consumption exceeds 90 kWh per week, the excess will be charged based on usage: € 0.39 per kWh.

Die Wohnung ist einfach super, der Blick vom Balkon auf die Bucht ist fantastisch. Und man hört die Wellen rauschen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Von der Wohnung zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen, man läuft höchstens 10 Minuten. Die Küche ist perfekt, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Check in super. Der Vermieter ist, per Mail sehr schnell zu erreichen und als wir vorab Fragen hatten wurden diese umgehend und sehr hilfreich beantwortet. Wir konnten sogar, von Freunden vom Vermieter eine Garage dazu mieten, was einfach toll war. Diese befindet sich 100 Meter entfernt von der Wohnung. Schweren Herzens mussten wir uns nach 3 wundervollen Wochen in Villefranche wieder verabschieden. Kurz und knapp, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week in this lovely apartment. We found it to be clean, spacious, and well-equipped - the WiFi worked perfectly and the modern bathroom has a great shower! The view over the bay from the balcony is magnificent. Easy access to trains and buses and the communication and information received from the owner was excellent.

Excellent location

The flat was excellent, well furnished and well equipped - with a marvellous view. The easy access to the frequent buses and trains was extremely useful and made getting around very easy. We had a very enjoyable holiday experience.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très agréable, très propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Il est aussi très calme. La clim a été plus que la bienvenue pendant la semaine de canicule. La vue est tout simplement incroyable et nous avons déjeuné sur la terrasse à tous les repas. Le propriétaire est très réactif et a toujours répondu à nos questions ; il nous a aussi envoyé toute la documentation nécessaire pour l'arrivée, le séjour et aussi pour visiter la région. L'appartement est proche du vieux Villefranche ainsi que de la gare et de la plage, donc ideal pour se balader et visiter la région, à pied ou en transport. En revanche, il faut savoir qu'il faut monter une pente pour accéder à L'appartement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille ! Merci!

Super vacances

Cet appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de la gare et des arrêts de bus , Ce qui est très pratique vu qu’il est très difficile de circuler et de se garer. L’appartement est fonctionnel et très sympathique avec cette magnifique vue mer , on ne s’en lasse pas .

The downside was the bed linen and the additional costs which are not mentioned in the online listing. The bed linen was very poor, the cover sheet is very worn and covered with lint balls as if its of 10 years old, the pillows flat and not worth using. There was a tobacco smell upon entering as well.

Villefranche sur mer is fantastic

Everything was super, and we enjoyed The walking tour araund Cap Ferrat, and it took only Sewen minutes with train to Nice centre ville. This place is the place you dont want to go Home from, and we will look foreward to visit again

Aanrader!! Geweldig!!

Wat een prachtig en zeer compleet appartement! En het uitzicht is echt subliem! Je kijkt echt letterlijk uit op de blauwe zee en de hele baai van Villefranche-sur-Mer. Dit appartement is zeker aan te raden. Denk aan wat je nodig kan hebben in je vakantie en het is aanwezig (en meer) in dit zeer nette en ruim opgezet appartement met ruim balkon. Voorzien van lift en beveiligd met sleutels zodat alleen mensen binnen kunnen die er van hun vakantie genieten. Als je met de auto komt huur dan ook de garage die is 200m verder op, want ergens op straat parkeren is in het hoogseizoen onmogelijk. De trein is vlakbij dus stap in en geniet van alle leuke steden langs de kust. We zijn naar Nice geweest (2 haltes verderop) en naar Ventimiglia in Italië (50 min elke vrijdag een hele grote markt) Villefranche-sur-Mer heeft veel leuke kleine straatjes en vergeet niet door de Rue Obscure te lopen( loopt onder Villefranche-sur-Mer) Eet in een van de vele restaurants en neem een ijsje terwijl je van het uitzicht geniet. Geweldige vakantie gehad! Fantastisch appartement

Villefranche is beautiful

The property offers everything we hoped for. Easy access to the train, buses, shops, beach and a great view! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom were all very comfortable and really enjoyed the deck most of all. Very much enjoyed our stay!

A very memorable stay

We spent two delightful weeks in this apartment in beautiful Villefranche sur Mer. The apartment was well appointed and provided everything we needed for a comfortable two week stay. We will long remember the stunning views from the balcony, whether day or evening. Karsten was a welcoming and helpful host. We hope to return.

Der Blick vom Balkon- unbezahlbar

Es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und ein traumhafter Meerblick. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und groß, da macht das Kochen richtig Spaß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und unkompliziert, trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung. Eine super Idee ist die Schlüsselbox, dadurch bleibt man bei der Anreise flexibel und hat keinen Zeitdruck. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit traumhaftem Sommerwetter und konnten auch noch Baden.

Amazing View!

The view of the sea from the balcony is fantastic! I spent 1-2 days just sitting on the large balcony overlooking the sea - beautiful! The apartment is a very good size. There is a door to the living area which is great for privacy if you are using the pull out couch. The kitchen has everything you would need if you plan to cook and has a large refrigerator. There is plenty of closet space in the bedroom and the hallway. The bedroom has a chest of drawers for clothing. The bed is comfortable and a large size. The bathroom has plenty of space with a cupboard and corner shelving for toiletries. The washing machine worked great and there is a large drying rack on the balcony where the clothes dried quickly. If you don't have a car or have mobility issues, it may be difficult for some to walk to the apartment building as it requires quite a walk up from the old town and beach. The only issues we had were with the cleaner. When we arrived for our self check in at 9pm, we found only 10 squares of toilet paper on the roll. There were no other rolls in the cupboard. Our feet/sock bottoms were quite dirty after walking on the tile floor. Karsten was easy to communicate with and responded readily. He has a lovely apartment in a beautiful town and we really enjoyed our time there and the surrounding area. We certainly hope to return!

Séjour très agréable à Villefranche sur mer

Appartement qui correspondait à nos attentes, d'une superficie appréciable avec un balcon utilisable qui permet de profiter de la très belle vue sur la rade. Une belle découverte " Villefranche sur mer" ❣️

On a passé 6 jours dans cet appartement et franchement rien à dire, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les villes à proximité. Pour notre part, on a réservé le garage également car on un bébé de 4 mois et demi et pour les déplacements fallait être en voiture si non y a la gare juste en bas de l'immeuble et la plage à proximité est accessible à pieds. Merci encore Mr Granild
