  • In the heart of Villefranche sur Mer, beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, living room with American kitchen and super large terrace with panoramic views of the famous Villefranche bay.

    Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private terrace, one with a double bed and two single beds.
    The large living / dining room and its fully equipped kitchen area open onto two large picture windows on the main terrace, which is furnished with a dining table, deckchairs and electric blinds.
    From this terrace, the panoramic view over the bay of Villefranche will enchant you day and night with the stars, the lights of Cap Ferrat, and the summer fireworks.

    This apartment is located in the heart of Villefranche, 5 minutes walk from shops and 10 minutes from the beaches.
    Nice is 10 min, Monaco 15 min and Nice-Côte d'Azur airport 0 30 min.
    By train and bus, you can visit Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Menton and the Ventimiglia market (Italy).

Bon séjour dans cet appartement lumineux et avec une vue magnifique

L’appartement est agréable spacieux et très bien placé. Quelques « rafraichissements » seraient appréciés, mais globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Good location

We had a good stay. Place is good and location is nice and quiet. Felt safe. Few little things could be improved on like the wobbly floor tiling on the balcony and we couldn’t find a plug, bowl or sponge for washing up.

Sunlit apartment

The apartment is very well situated and all of that but the cleanliness is wanting ….. also there is not parking available in the property and we had a difficult time looking for one around the neighbourhood everyday. Adrian was extremely prompt and helpful in the check in process which was very late in the night for us .

Nice stay

It was mostly as expected. Pretty nice stay, especially for the price we paid. It was clean and easy to get into. Communication with Adrian was good. Beds comfortable and bathrooms were in good shape. Furniture was nothing fancy but did the job. This location is very good. The light was out in the 2nd bath and Adrian came over to change it pretty quickly.Would be nice to get 2 sets of keys since we were 2 couples. We were given no paper towels. Dishware was very limited.

Location is great, 10 min walk to the beach and center. Easy to catch the bus. The flat is light and bright, lot's of natural light and spacious. The flat was clean, the bedding / sheets were in great condition. Beds were fine, not amazing but it was ok for us. Overall it was a good stay, easy check-in, easy to communicate with manager. The only thing I would add is the flat needed some TLC, just some house warming updates, like rugs and some plants or flowers. The couch and chairs could be updated. Nice mid-century feel with the book shelfs. If they had just a few design elements to update it, it could be a gem. Terrace is large, which is nice but unfortunately you hear traffic. To be expected as you are in the center, and everything is walkable. You have bakery, and a very good Italian restaurant just around the corner.

Perfect location

This apartment, as advertised had an amazing terrace. We enjoyed several meals and drinks out there. It is the best thing about this apartment. The check-in process was straightforward and thorough and there was the right amount of communication with Flavie. Things I liked about this property: - close to l'Institut de Francais (8 min walk) - large terrace with an amazing view - air conditioning! in living room, and both bedrooms - private, secure parking in a garage underground - elevator (to garage) is located directly across from apartment front door - floor plan is ideal for privacy - bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with two separate bathrooms (and two toilets) - dishwasher! - big refrigerator (for France) - washing machine - lots of extras that you will need (beach towels, scissors, extra lightbulbs, ironing board/iron, etc.) - Flavie was easily reachable when I had a question Personal preference issues: - master bathroom shower is odd (for an American) - cleanliness a bit lacking (food in silverware drawer, dirt and hair under rugs, dust on most surfaces...) Would I return to this apartment? Absolutely!

En dejlig lejlighed.

Meget velfungerende og indbydende lejlighed med god plads. Dejlig udsigt. Lidt trafikstøj ved åbne vinduer. God sandstrand i byen, dog er der en rimelig lang og stejl gåtur dertil fra lejligheden ( primært trapper ) og det kan være vanskeligt at parkere bilen ved stranden. Mange gode restauranter på havnen. Trygt område.

Nice view and perfect location close to the local bakery for morning croissants.

Nice appartment with nice sunny terraces. Close to the local grocery as well (but there´s a much better wine shop in the old town). Beware noise from trafic. The appartment is «clean enough», but could do with a proper washdown. We enjoyed our stay in pretty, pretty Villefranche.

Lovely apartment with breathtaking view

This is a lovely, well-equipped apartment with a million-dollar view of the ocean from its large terrace. This modern low-rise building is ideally and conveniently located near the center of town. The living room is large and cozy. The master bedroom with ensuite is great. The second bedroom is fine with an ensuite shower/sink, but the toilet is separate and in the hallway. The only minor shortcomings are limited closet space and a need for a few repairs on walls. Overall, it is a great apartment that I would rent again.

Very pleasant apartment

The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped. The apartment has a lovely terrace which catches the sun virtually all day and has two awnings to provide shade. The apartment is very bright and has air conditioning which is probably a must in the heat of peak summer. The property manager does not speak English but we managed to converse with our basic french. The mattresses on the beds are a little uncomfortable but we are used to high end beds at home so this may be a skewed opinion. Villefranche is a beautiful location with a picturesque front however the walk to the apartment from the main centre is quite arduous and may not be suitable for visitors with limited mobility or those that struggle with steep walks. However there is a bus service and of course taxis are available. The Villefranche train station is a 15 minute walk away close to the sea front. The restaurants are limited in choice and menu variation limited. It is also quite expensive. In one restaurant we paid 8 euros for a litre bottle of Evian water. I would highly recommend this apartment and owner and we would stay in this apartment again. Thank you Margot and Flavia.

Very pleasant stay!

We know Villefranche very well and can confirm it is one of the most beautiful harbours in the world. This year we rented a great appartament in very good position for everything one needs, plus it has a lovely terrace with nice view. Even if it could do with some maintenance, It's perfect for a family of four. We enjoyed it so much, that we will definitely go back next year, probably for a longer period. Thank you Flavie! >

Perfect for a family

The appartement is in a great position, allowing you to enjoy the village, but high enough to have a view of the sea and Cap Ferrat. The size and the disposition of the rooms is perfect for a family of four. The terrace is lovely and very enjoyable. So, although it could do with some maintenance, the overall experience was excellent! We will definitely come back next summer.
