This cozy 2-room apartment of 48 sqm, classified 4 stars, has been completely renovated with care in 2016 and with quality materials and products. It is located in a secure luxury residence which includes a closed private parking and a swimming pool with panoramic sea views and facing the legendary road of the Basse Corniche linking Nice to Monaco.
It combines the charm of the Côte d'Azur, the beautiful and sought-after view of the Bay of Villefranche and the impression of overlooking the sea from inside the living room.
He understands :
1 entrance, 1 large living room with kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a bed 160x200, 1 bathroom and a loggia terrace of 7 m² with a magical view of the bay of Villefranche sur Mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
It is 5 minutes walk from the old town and 10 minutes from the beach and train station.

WIFI access offered free of charge.
Provision of 2 tea towels.
Possibility to rent bed linen (fitted sheet, flat sheet, 4 pillowcases) with bed made on arrival: 30 € / bed per week.

Final cleaning included in the rental price.

The residence where the apartment is situated boasts a lush environment (former hotel and mansion) with swimming pool and Mediterranean garden.

A lovely spot, with incredible views

Loved our time here. Gorgeous views, spotless place with lovely new kitchen. It worked perfectly for us. You can walk straight down the hill to the best swimming beach in the area. The apartment is very well equipped, lots of thoughtful small touches and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Villefranche-sur-Mer Magnifique

Our stay at this location was absolutely fabulous. With the breathtaking views from our terrace to the cleanliness of the unit one would be truly impressed. Our host Jean Pierre epitomizes graciousness having gone out and getting us fresh milk and tea as we checked in very late and had yet not acquired our car rental. We most heartedly recommend this stay to anyone that may be interested. We will most definitely be coming back.

Great holiday location

Stunning views of Villefranche, which is a lively town with some lovely restaurants. It is a steep climb up from the town/beach to the apartment- not for the faint-hearted! Easy day trips by train, and some great walks. Apartment is very well equipped, and hosts very helpful.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely clean one bed apartment with fantastic views, being central to Villefranche. We enjoyed our weeks stay and had hired a car so the parking was a bonus. The property was comfortable being in an elevated position over the town on a main road. The town Centre and train station could be accessed on foot if you didn’t mind climbing several steep stairs but the views over Villefranche-sur-Mer were simply amazing from the balcony. Would love to return one day.

Excellent proximity to village/restaurants/shops

We stayed at the apartment for a week and had a fabulous stay. The apartment has everything you could possibly wish for - we enjoyed the evenings on the balcony with a great bottle of wine and food sourced locally. As this is also near the railway station made great use of a train as a break from driving to go to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. Would return in a heartbeat

Wonderful stay

Suburb. The old town is very charming, the beaches were fine. Good place to stay to visit Nice or Monaco. Good restaurants nearby. The appartement was very good with indeed a magnificent view. The swimming pool and parking place were super. The owners were very friendly and really wanted to help us if needed.

Excellent Apartment

We very much enjoyed the quality of this apartment. The unit is modern, clean and very functional for two people. Jean Pierre and Sabine were very responsive and available to answer any questions that we had. The view from the balcony is spectacular. While the location is good, you may find having a car or utilizing ride share or bus service is worth the trip from town back to the apartment. Thank you Sabine and Jean Pierre

Perfection!

My husband and I travelled to the south of France to attend the Monaco Grand Prix. Villefranche is the most perfect, picturesque little town and the best "home base" in my opinion to explore the coast. The apartment was pure perfection. Spotless, comfortable, everything you could possibly need is there. My favourite was the million dollar view from the deck...I sat there every morning and every night. I cannot wait to return and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you Jean Pierre and Sabine :)

Excellent Stay

The hosts are absolutely incredible. They greeted me directly at the apartment and then made sure I had and understood everything I needed for my stay. The apartment itself is clean, stylish and welcoming not to mention that the view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is even nicer than the online pictures. I highly recommend this apartment and expect to stay here on my next visit to Villefranche-sur-Mer.
