"Location and place is great. The room was very clean (we met the women who cleaned for Jay and she did a fantastic job!) but the backyard could use some trimming, it seemed overgrown a bit. Jay was so accommodating and very quick to respond to my messages which was impressive. Overall all everything was an awesome experience. One suggestion would be to mention in your listing it is a Keurig coffee machine and not a “coffeemaker” Thanks for all the great memories"

"We are a couple in our early 60's. Our expectation was for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep after a busy day of exploring. Just a 13 minute walk to downtown, the building is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable...we slept well. The rest of the furniture is not so comfortable, but we didn't spend much time there so it didn't bother us. For us it fit the bill and we would stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old for a long weekend - perfect size for a small family or group of friends. Full sized apartment with fully functional kitchen. About a 20 minute walk to the falls which kept us out of big crowds and loud entertainment section so we could enjoy more of the local restaurants and shopping. "Great location for us away from crazy tourist area but still easy to access everything with the wego bus pass. Highly recommend dinner at Taps. Brian was super helpful, but the apartment could do with a deep clean, especially under the beds! Had to pull the sofa out to make it up for our daughter and found all sorts of yucky stuff. With a good clean though this would be a great place."

"Would stay again. Great for visiting, but not so for day of rest. Bed is excellent (especially for one with back aches). Other furniture not so great (couch is flaking apart due to age with flakes getting on clothes, etc. Quite the nuisance.) Still , I highly recommend over more expensive hotel rooms. "Close to the Clifton Hills and Falls sites. We walked to many places and enjoyed being able to relax at the apartment. Since we were coming from a camping trip, the laundry facilities were a must have and very convenient. The ramen/sushi restaurant around the corner is worth a visit as is the doughnut shop which is not far away."
