From there you walk out onto a large covered deck with a bar-b-q and picnic tables, then follow the deck down to the 6 acres that are cleared to enjoy the back yard for out door games and activities, there are walking trails though out the rest of the property. There is horse shoe pits and a fire pit to enjoy the peace and quite of the country setting.
The master bedroom with En Suite is very roomy and comfortable with a King size bed and the bathroom has a double wide jacuzzi, separate Shower with window to look out into the beautiful country setting, double sink with large mirror, sleeps 2 people, it also has a patio door to the back deck.

The Main bathroom in the hallway has a combination Tub/Shower with double sinks and a large mirror.
The Laundry Room bathroom has a stand up shower with a toilet single sink with mirror. The washer and dryer are located in the room as well.
This house is only a 10 minute drive to all the major attraction on Clifton Hill, the brink of Niagara Falls, Niagara River where you can go Kayaking ( we supply 2 kayaks) Lake Erie with plenty of beaches. Or you can just sit outside and soak in the peace and tranquility of the country air.
