Welcome to your Ace Retreat in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this newly renovated house from top to bottom. This is the best central location in terms of proximity. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Host can be reached out anytime at niagaraproperties2@gmail.com.

Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep.

Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 65 inch Sony OLED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

The host was very welcoming and helpful with lots of details about the area. The space was perfect for our family, who was visiting Niagara Falls for a couple of days. We'd stay there again and appreciate that while it was close to the falls, it wasn't in the middle of the overly touristy parts of the town.

We stayed for two nights with family and friends and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was very easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place was spotless, with comfortable rooms and bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The welcome snacks and drinks were such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for. It's in a quiet neighborhood, just off Stanley St, within walking distance of the Falls, which I did. Walk there. Literally about 2 blocks up and two blocks over.House was perfect. 4 bedrooms (we only needed three), two full baths, large kitchen, nice outside sitting area with a lawn. Didn't need anything more than that, since we were out being tourists most of the time.The place was clean, beds were made with fresh sheets, towels, etc in the baths, snacks and coffee and glasses and plates and utensils in the kitchen, and even a washer/dryer (which we didn't need or use). If you don't feel like making your own coffee, Tim Hortons is next door. I think the owner even came and cut the lawn while we were out!Can't say enough good things about it.

The property was just right for our group of 7 friends visiting Niagara for an event at the convention centre. It is close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the property overall was very clean. The only items for improvements I would point out are 1) there is a slight musty smell on the main floor when you enter the property; 2) more bath towels are needed in the washrooms. That said, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice house, enough room for the whole family. Close enough to walk to the Falls, Clifton Hill entertainment, restaurants. (The Tim Hortons right by the house was also fun for the teens.) I can't say enough about the owner, who was so kind and went out of his way to help us through a minor emergency that came up while there. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Check/in is hassle free. The home was quite clean and welcoming. Bathrooms are large. Kitchen is well supplied with nice plates. Numerous cups and glassescoffee and electric hot water pots with teas, creams, and a welcome supply of water bottles and snacks. Overall, a great choice for our overnight stay in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Great location, quaint place

It takes 20 min to walk to the falls, so great location. There is a Tim Horton's about 400m away, which is also convenient.The outside patio is very nice to relax on after a long day.The only thing to be aware of is I don't think there were any closets in the bedroom, but there are hooks on all the doors to hang clothes if needed.A great place overall!
