Welcome to your Ace Getaway in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this modern and classy house, just one block away from all the action. This is the best location in terms of proximity; 500 m from Clifton Hill & 800 m from Niagara Falls. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The main floor has two queen beds, seven seater sofa in the living room, and a 3 piece bathroom. Freshly renovated basement is equipped with a queen bed and a double bed + a powder room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 50 inch Samsung 4K LED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

It was a pleasant stay. Owner Jas was approachable any time and responded quickly. Home was extremely clean and equipped with top class equipment. One suggestion is to add a high chair and more plates/bowls/pans for families.

Great location within walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The beds were comfortable, with clean sheets and towels. Communication with Jas was excellent — easy to connect with and very accommodating, including allowing us early access before the usual 4pm check-in, which helped us a lot. The kitchen was well stocked for a home-cooked meal, and the water bottles, soft drinks, and chips were a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend to others.

The house had plenty of room and is only a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The beds were super soft(not my preference but the kids slept great) and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. Jas was very quick to respond and left a very nice gift basket with snacks for us.

Close to everything, totally walkable to the Falls, safe neighborhood, accurate listing, spacious and clean. Jas was an excellent host, very attentive. I highly recommend you book with him, especially if you want to be close to the action.

Everything was as it was described, including check-in. What was unexpected was the complimentary refreshments and snacks, and a couple special items for my wife's birthday (which I did mention to the host). That was an incredibly thoughtful and welcoming bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable and so was the living room for hanging out. Beautiful back deck and yard. The location is perfect for visiting the falls: it is 10 minutes to the center of everything on Clifton Hill but the property is just outside the tourist zone so it is quiet and local.

The place was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and provided helpful local tips, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Very clean, safe, the location was phenomenal if you want to be close by Clifton Hill, tons of space etc. such a lovely home, next time we travel to Niagara we will be rebooking. Amazing stay!

I have stayed at this property a few times and it is my go to spot when coming to Niagara! The location is perfect if you’re looking for things to do in a close distance from your stay. Jas was amazing with his communication and was there when we needed anything. It has many rooms if you’re looking to stay with family/friends that are spacious. I will definitely be coming again!

Great Stay Close to the Falls

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. The home was very clean everything we needed was provided. My husband accidently cracked the coffee pot while cleaning it. We notified the owner and they provided a new one the next day. provand
