"What a wholesome, lovely stay. Steve and George we absolutely amazing from start to finish - extremely friendly, funny and helpful. The property was absolutely spotless, room was lovely and the food was incredible (would recommend the lamb shank - delicious!) "Lovely welcome. Able to store my bicycle in a shed that was locked overnight. Good size room, and had what I needed for my stay. Good breakfast in the morning. Nice traditional pub. Owners are very friendly and I felt very welcomed whilst there."

"Lovely location in the middle of the beautiful Shropshire countryside, ideal for touring (which is what I was doing). Large pub with extensive menu and large garden. They even had a family fun event taking place in the glorious sunshine. Breakfast cooked to order - excellent. Would stay again if I ever venture that way again."

"The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy.
