"I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian.
The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different.
The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic

"Excellent location, easy parking, nice staff - venue very nice, room OK but a bit cold and there was damp and mould from a water leak on the main wall. But otherwise, nice quality of accommodation."

"There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast.
Would stay here again. "
