The plot is South Facing, has decking on the side and your own parking space. It is fully equip for a self catering holiday including pots and pan, full size fridge freezer, and an oven plus microwave. The caravan is a great size, 2024 model, in a fantastic location on the resort being so close to the pools and facilities and there is a decking area on the side of the caravan to enjoy.
The 3 outdoor pools are maintained at temperature between 25-27 degrees, and are a sun trap. With 7 beautiful beaches nearby, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore the coastline. Close to the A30, Newquay Holiday Park is your gateway to discovering everything wonderful Cornwall has to offer. Or you can catch a bus at the end of the driveway to explore Cornwall and Newquay without needing a car. The resort boasts an array of facilities, including 3 outdoor pools, 5 children's play area, arcade, Indoor soft play, Spots dome, a convenient laundrette, a well-stocked shop, and an entertainment venue. (Access to the swimming pool and venue requires pass/es, which can be purchased directly at the holiday park reception and are open throughout the traditional season of a holiday park.)
The price encompasses all utilities, including gas, electricity, and water.
