"The view is outstanding. Can't ask for a better place to sit and watch the waves. The furnishing are not too comfortable. The bed was good and supportive. The windows that open need screens. The door lock system with the codes is finicky. Go slow inputtingthe numbers. Good convenience to local food and drink. Just need to walk a block or two."

"Dana is a super host! The cottage is perfect for 1-2 people and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are absolutely perfect. It is efficient to the max- everything you need. She supplied coffee, tea, oils and seasoning for cooking. She has everything you need for cooking - hot plates, fryer and pans, and much more. The refrigerator is not the usual small but bigger with more than enough room for our needs. There are so many good places to eat in Newport. Love Dana’s place; it’s cozy,...
