"What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here."

"Love little places like this. Beats a hotel 6 ways from Sunday. You can park right outside the door. No lugging your bags all over, no loud people up and down the hall.
