"Everything about the Venetian was wonderful except the fact that one of the room cleaners plugged in a vacuum cleaner right around the corners from the elevator Bank and was sweeping the other corner. As soon as I turn that corner I tripped and fell over the cord."

A few things could have been explained a little better at the initial check-in, however, the staff made up for it with world class hospitality.

"Our flight was delayed the first night here and our room was given away, we were accommodated us with a room that night and accommodated us with our room the next day. Megan at the front desk was wonderful and very kind. Room service was great. "

"I stayed here because I was seeing Beyonce at Allegiant stadium. I wanted something close so I could walk if I had to. Loved the east check in and check out process using the app. Room was in a quiet area. It was clean and comfổmtable . My only complaint is that there aren’t enough umbrellas at the pool to rent. I only noticed 5 available to rent for the whole pool. So I left after it got too hot."
"This hotel was a perfect location. The pool is amazing. We loved the option of the 21+ pool side. The air conditioning worked; however only half the room got cool. The only downside was the hotel keys in the elevators. More than half the time, the key pads would not work to access your hotel floors. Overall a great experience at Planet Hollywood. "
