"Wonderful hotel that makes an extra effort. The check in was easy and nice touches like watermelon water available, there was a board that highlighted the breakfast the following day. For breakfast they had both a waffle and a pancake maker, whipped cream and even chocolate sprinkles. Along with a pretty decent frittata and potatoes. Plenty of other options including cereal, toast, and (packaged) muffins. Room was quiet and beds and bedding were clean and comfortable."

"All the staff from the font desk to the manager at the sports bar and the servers at the restaurant are all friendly and knowledgeable. Even the security gaurds joke around with the guest and make you feel at home."

"The restaurant down the street was amazing (The good Harvest Cafe ) clam chowder was top notch . Walmart is close by , and get gas at the casino down from the cafe . ( cheapest ) Bed was a bit on the hard side but I liked it . Convenient parking in front of your room , we asked for a first floor ,handicapped parking access .Page was so nice at the front desk . "

"My wife and I stayed at the Curly Redwood Lodge on our honeymoon many years ago. We came back to relive the memory. It was so great to see that the rooms have been kept authentic with the redwood doors and interior paneling, while the rest of it has been nicely remodeled. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staying at the historic Curly Redwood Lodge is like taking a step back in time. I highly recommend it!"

"We only spent one night at The Woodrose but would have been happy to stay longer. The room was surprisingly large and very well decorated with a modern feel, and we were happy to find that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Raj at the front desk was very accommodating and sent us a list of restaurant recommendations in the area that are vegetarian friendly."
