I had to wake up the staff to check in knocking on the reception door. the receptionist didn't even utter a word, just gave me paper to sign and entry keys. Room was barely clean, there were no tissues in tissue box. There was lingering smell of cigarettes in room. Photos are deceiving, paid ridiculous price for a night stay."

"clean room and great location. The reception at the time we checked in was a guy and found out was the manager. He was very rude and uncompromising as we got there an hour and a half early for check in. Mind you i have a handicap husband and traveled 6 yrs so we requested if can check in a little early considering the room is already ready. He didn’t care at all. I will make sure that i will never go back to that hotel nor recommend it. The guy obviously shouldn’t be working in that environment...
