Ride our bikes to Huntington or Newport Beach for a fun beach day. Great proximity and easy ride to HB State Park Concerts, Pacific CIty and pier. And Newport Beach Pier and restaurants. Bikes are included with rental.
Enjoy this newly remodeled Luxury 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath condo in a natural park-like setting near the beach. You have the entire END UNIT home to yourselves up and downstairs meaning no one above you. It's a nice quiet area with tranquil grounds outside your door. You can walk/jog and explore the nature preserve habitat of this area or you can walk/bike the River trail to the beach. Your retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the beach community, yet close enough to enjoy the beach atmosphere and beach breezes on your terms. New A/C Air conditioning & heating was added last year!
You have 20 miles of beachfront bike paths to explore along the Gold Coast of Orange County. Return home to your community heated Pool and Jacuzzi in your private canyon getaway. BBQ at your complex pool area or in the privacy of your patio and enjoy your home away from home.
This condo comes with it all including all-new cooks kitchen and newly remodeled bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is large with a South Pacific theme. The 2nd bedroom is smaller with a beautiful modern silver/grey bedroom design. Both bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and the master has smart TV. Plus there is a half bath downstairs. The downstairs living room has large TV with external speaker and fireplace for ambiance in the fall and winter.
We provide beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, coolers, and all you need to relax. It's a short drive to upscale Newport Beach shopping at Fashion Island and close to the eclectic westside stores of Costa Mesa. Newport Harbor is nearby for paddleboard, kayaking, boating, and restaurants. Lots of places to rent all you need for watersports. Newport and Huntington Beaches are a short drive to park at Beach Parking. Downtown Huntington is a great place to spend a day exploring or go to Tuesday night Farmers Market and Taco Tuesday. Mariners Mile and world-class restaurants are only minutes away from your doorstep! Please ask for 15% discount if you book within 14 days of check-in date.
VACATION HOSTESS: You will have a vacation hostess during your stay for any questions about the property or about the area. We enjoy helping others find their way around and making recommendations to our favorite restaurants and lots of fun things to do.
Our property is immaculately kept, well maintained, very clean, and allergen-free. Our back gate and front door now have ring door bells which have video recordings for your protection.
All renters must sign rental agreement, provide ID and be over the age of 25.

Perfect

This property was the perfect spot for us to enjoy our many California adventures from a concert at SoFi in LA, Disneyland in Anaheim, a Dodgers game, trip to San Diego to see the USS Midway, beach days at Newport Beach and Laguna Beach and with a delayed flight we even had time to drive the PCH up to Malibu and Santa Monica pier! Close to everything and Newport Beach Laguna area is beautiful and clean and safe. The condo was very clean, very comfortable plenty of room for 4 and located very close to the heated pool and hot tub just a short walk, it had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable, showers were awesome great water pressure which we don’t always encounter at some other places we’ve stayed at. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend this condo! Our hosts Karen and Lauren were excellent communicators and very helpful every step of the way thank you so much!!

Very well supplied condo

We had a nice time with family and friends while there - the kitchen was very well furnished with everything one might need. We cooked a lot together. Great gas range and oven. There were lots of hangers in the closet and lots of towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. The guest shower was aMazing. The grill worked well and there were tons of beach towels and beach play gear and beach chairs, etc. The communication with the hostess, Lauren, was very good. The bikes were very comfortable - beach cruisers.

Outstanding stay

It was perfect for my wife. two young kids, and I. The pool area is great, the unit is great. It has everything you need, it’s very simple and easy to take care of and everything is very nice and clean. It was a great stay for 2.5 weeks.

Beautiful stay

This home was very clean, had everything we needed. The hosts were very attentive to questions. It is located in a nice quiet spot. Easy to get around, hot tub and pool were amazing and heated! If we come back to Cali, we will be booking this home again! Thank you to the hosts!

Family Thanksgiving visit

Nice two story two bedroom. Stairs carpeted and a little steep, so be careful. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Very small carport but will fit most cars. Nice quiet complex with pleasant open space grounds.

Just Wonderful!!

We rented this condo for 12 nights based on its awesome reviews and we were not disappointed! We were there for two reasons, golf and recuperation from a surgery. Cannot speak about the outdoor areas for biking and pool activities but the indoor confinement served us well. A lovely, comfortable place. Would definitely stay there again. Also…we were able to fit our Lexus RX350 in the covered parking space.

Vacation Stay

Property was great for our small family. Grounds and pool worked very well. The neighborhood itself is nice, it's a little off the beaten path but you're a 10-15min drive from all the action and the amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for couple or family of 4

We stayed at this property for a week and it was perfect for our family. They had everything you could think of but didn’t want to haul with you: beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, blender, 3 different sizes of plastic baggies, detergent to wash your clothes in the washer and dryer, etc. We used the pool and jacuzzi on site and it was very nice. There was plenty of lounge chairs and places for people to sit and eat, and even had a 2 bbq grills. We would definitely rent again!

Great Vacation Stay

We stayed at this place for 10 days for our recent trip to Newport Beach. We really enjoyed many of the things about this place; quiet area, great walking paths, swiming pool and hot-tub area, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and great hosts. We would definately recommend this place and would stay here in the future when we come back. Thanks for the great stay!

Everything that is described here is exactly what you get!! Every detail was true to perfection!! Quiet, comfortable oasis in Newport

Our family loved our stay at this comfortable place. It is in a great location and close to so many things in the Newport Beach area. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with so many thoughtful things. We will definitely stay again next time we visit family in the area.

Nice, clean, comfortable condo

This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable in a quiet location. The manager/owner and local contact were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The only negatives? The location was a bit too far from all of the beaches and nice parts of Newport Beach (Costa Mesa is definitely not Newport Beach). Also, the one problem was the parking.The covered space attached to the condo is tiny. You cannot comfortably park there or get out of your car if you have a car larger than a compact.

Newport Beach Gem

Beautiful, clean, fully stocked vacation home in lovely and convenient area of Newport Beach. Right next to nature preserve for outdoor pleasure, and close to Newport and Huntington Beaches. Hosts are wonderful and it’s a very comfortable place to stay. Would definitely return when in the area.
