Room needs a real good deep clean - lots of grime in the corners and on the skirtings, smudges on mirrors and glass, foul odour coming from the shower drain. The staff are so thoughtful and go beyond the call of duty- Trish was on when I arrived at 3am after having a day in hospital and she could not do enough to try to be kind and helpful

Rydges Newcastle
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was larger than i had expected it to be which was great. The location was good as it was close to the places i was going and had the lightrail just around the corner which was handy.

Crown on Darby
Friendly and efficient check in. Great sized room - very clean and well set out. Really liked the location - right in the heart of Darby Street, close to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again when we’re next in Newcastle.
