Vacant Nests are proud to present This stunning 3 bedroom home located in Ryton!
Perfect for families or groups, this comfortable and fully equipped property offers a cozy living space, modern kitchen, and convenient access to local shops, transport, and scenic walks. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, The Ryton provides a relaxing stay in a great location.
Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
The Ryton is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just west of Newcastle upon Tyne. The area is mostly made up of terraced and family homes, giving it a peaceful and community-oriented feel. Guests will find it generally safe and well-maintained, with low levels of crime reported. Public transport is accessible, with regular bus routes connecting to Newcastle and surrounding areas. It is a good base for exploring the North East street parking is available, and local amenities are within a short drive or walk.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

Located in a quiet residential area, it’s a short walk to local shops and easy public transport links to Newcastle. Free street parking is available right outside the home for added convenience.
By Car:
Use your sat nav or Google Maps with the full postcode NE40 3EW. The address is in Ryton, just off the A695. From Newcastle city centre, it takes around 20–25 minutes by car.
By Public Transport:
- From Newcastle city centre:
Take the X84 or X85 Go North East bus from Eldon Square Bus Station.
Get off at Ryton Village stop – the journey takes around 30–40 minutes.
From there, it's a 5–10 minute walk to 1 Coronation Street.
By Train:
There is no train station in Ryton itself. The nearest major station is Newcastle Central Station, from where you can take a bus (as above) or a taxi.
By Taxi or Rideshare:
From Newcastle or Newcastle Airport, a taxi or Uber to the address will take around 20–30 minutes depending on traffic.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
