This light-filled, contemporary townhouse features a stylish and modern design, with a spacious open-plan living area and cosy furnishings that make you feel right at home - the perfect setting for your Newcastle getaway.

Upstairs, you will find an expansive open plan living, dining and kitchen area, complete with ducted air-conditioning, ensuring you always stay the perfect temperature throughout your stay. Whether you’re preparing a home-cooked meal or enjoying a coffee break, the fully equipped designer kitchen has everything you need, including modern appliances, 900mm Smeg stove, dishwasher, large pantry, cookware, plenty of storage and four-seater breakfast bar – the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon snack!

Sleeping 7 guests across 4 bedrooms, our comfortable ensemble beds will ensure you’ll sleep soundly after a day of exploring Newcastle. You will find two bedrooms on the ground floor, including a master suite with Queen size bed, walk-in robe and ensuite, and second bedroom, also with a Queen size bed. Upstairs, you will find the third bedroom, complete with Double size bed, office desk and chair, as well as a smaller fourth bedroom, complete with a Single bed – perfect for additional guests, or kids.

Stylish touches like frameless glass shower screens, ample storage, and sleek black tapware set the tone for your stay, while the master ensuite takes it up a notch with a luxe twin shower featuring three showerheads.

There is plenty of space to gather and eat – sit around the 6-seater dining table, gather on the comfortable lounge or head out onto one of your three private outdoor terraces and courtyards. The largest North-facing terrace, complete with an Eclipse rain sensor roof, will become your go-to spot for alfresco dining and relaxation. Step out onto one of your private terraces for a morning coffee or evening wine, with a peaceful outlook that’s perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing or shopping.

You won’t need to worry about parking, with a private single garage plus additional single carport allocated to the townhouse, plus additional visitors’ parking.
