Received check-in instructions. 3 Hours later received a notification the property was no longer available. I had booked this more than 6 months in advance. Unaccepteble. Luckily VRBO made it right and paid the difference in a last minute comperable property

My husband and I stayed here while work was being done on our house. We really enjoyed our time here. The apartment is nice and conveniently located by shops and restaurants. We plan to stay here again soon.

The apartment is conveniently located near many businesses. The rental was clean, and all directions provided were clear and concise and easy to follow. Jada was easy to work with and communicate with and resolved any questions/concerns I had. Great property!

My parents had to take a detour to Deaconess Gateway hospital on their way home to Missouri for a medical emergency. My husband and I came to Indiana to help my mom while my dad was on the hospital. This apartment was perfect for us! Plenty of space, so close to the hospital and really easy to get to and from. Walmart is just outside the complex, Target and more shopping areas not too far down the road. Lots of food options as well. We didn't cook any meals in the apartment but it seemed to have everything you'd need. I worked while there and the desk and office chair in the bedroom were perfect for that. The best thing about the apartment is how clean it is! No complaints at all! Jada was always in communication but I didn't have any reason to need her during our stay. This place was a huge blessing for my family during a difficult time and I'm so thankful we were able to stay here.

This property was newly constructed. The directions to the apartment say the first one on the left, but now its the second on the left. Please update that. A couple of issues were that it seemed like all of batteries in the remotes for tv's, and the main room smoke detector all died at during our stay. The smoke detector, I bought a new bettery for, as we all know will not stop beeping until a new battery is installed. The others, we robbed Peter to pay Paul. So new AAA batteries are needed. Some of the gold utinsels were missing so take pictures before anything gets moved. Other than that a great place and location. The saddest part is No Fishing in the properties pond.

We stayed here for nine days through Christmas, and the apartment met our needs perfectly. Jada responded to any questions promptly, and the apartment was clean and comfortable and looked exactly like the pictures. We come to Newburgh a couple of times a year, and we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was awesome, super spacious and the decorations were so cute. We had everything we needed. Location was centrally located and the hostess was quick to respond. Beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!
