The place was nice, there was no parking and there were a lot of us. The neighborhood was dangerous I didn’t know until I arrived . It’s like a townhouse set up.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you’re unfamiliar with this area, please note that the location is not in a desirable neighborhood and does not match the listing’s description. After nearly an hour of circling to find street parking, I returned to my 2026 Denali truck the next morning to find the side view mirror had been stolen. Upon arrival, we had concerns due to the visible trash in front of the home and two separate spots on the street where it was evident that car windows had been broken, as shattered glass was still present. The neighboring properties also had trash scattered out front, and there was dog waste on the sidewalk, which created an unpleasant odor. Prior to booking, I reached out to the host to ask how the home could sleep 19 people comfortably and was informed that most of the beds included trundles, accounting for 5 of the listed “beds.” However, when we arrived, we discovered that the rooms were too cramped to pull out any of the trundle beds, making them completely inaccessible. As a result, we had to adjust our sleeping arrangements last minute and struggled to make it work. Additionally, the refrigerator barely stayed cold, which was frustrating. I feel as if for an almost 2,000 stay for friday at 3pm till sunday at 10am, this was not worth it or acceptable. That said, the host was responsive and friendly, which we appreciated. I hope this review is helpful to future guests.

Avoid this property – it is absolutely not as advertised.The biggest issue is the completely misleading claim that the property can sleep 19 people comfortably. We arrived as a group of 16 and felt overcrowded from the start. Many of the supposed beds are actually trundle beds tucked under others — but the rooms are so small you physically can’t pull them out. Unless you drag the mattresses into the corridor or another room and sleep on the floor, they are unusable.When we raised concerns, we were told that extra guests are expected to sleep on sofas or on air mattresses left in dusty cupboards — some of which didn’t even have proper flooring. Even with all of that, there’s simply not enough space for 19 people. There’s hardly any storage, very limited cupboard space, and absolutely no comfort. It feels like they’re trying to inflate the capacity just to justify a higher price, which is dishonest and deeply disappointing.Cleaning was just about okay, but certainly not up to professional standards. We found dirty items left in the washing machine, a pair of shoes under a bed from a previous guest, and cups and wrappers behind furniture — all clear signs that the property hadn’t been properly prepared.The dishwasher was technically “working” but clearly broken — confirmed by the handyman, who said it couldn’t be repaired. Host was wonderful- responsive and gracious

We couldn’t find parking after coming back from a broadway show and there were ants all over the counters and in our peanut butter. The host was amazing and refunded our stay right away.

Roach and ant invested

Appearance of space looked ok with the exception of those first floor floors. The bathroom in the basement flooded three times. Then we found roaches and ants. Had to call various times complaining and after writing back and forth, they finally credited someone minimal for the grief we went through. Unsatisfied!!!

Terrible Terrible Terrible

I booked that place a few months back for my wedding party and when the day came I got the check-in info from the host. The check-in was at 3 pm, I went there at 5 pm, and when I got there I found some other guests inside the property. I was confused, the guests told me they were gonna be there until the next morning. So I called the host, and the host said she was sorry about it, she said there were two bookings from 2 different apps. She told me she was gonna refund me, which she did after she canceled my whole reservation. Keep in mind, that I booked her place for 16 guests, and that same night I had about 10 of them with me, I had some guests on the way to the place, and I had some in the airport waiting for their flights, imaging the pressure, the frustration. I needed a place for them to sleep the night. It was really hard for me to find another place that night for the same amount of guests and the same price. Vrbo worked something out with me, I went to a hotel with them for 2 nights. For the frustration, if there was a 0 star, I'd definitely give them 0 stars.
