. Maison d'Art (House of Art) is a beautiful art-inspired 2-bedroom apartment 5 mins from the Elizabeth NJ Transit train station, 30 mins to NYC.
. This cozy and comfy apartment is unlike any other. Here, you'll be inspired to expand and stretch your authentic self.

. Please relax and enjoy, but no smoking inside of the apartment.
. No partying or loud music.
. The dome in the backyard is for rental.
. The beauty and uniqueness of Maison d'Art (house of art) are its imperfections; the sketches, drawings and painting on the walls, the various splash of colors, the "scuffy" look of furniture, etc; it's intentional.
. No additional painting on the walls or on anything in the apartment is allowed. But use of chalk on the black wall is permitted.

Quiet neighborhood, close to parks, Jersey Gardens Mall, restaurants, movie theaters, bars and lounges, golf course. Great value.
Best way to NYC is 30-min ride to NY Penn Station from Elizabeth NJ Transit station.
. You may access the backyard for your relaxation, smoking, and enjoyment (no illegal activities, however).
. There are many games and an outdoor igloo/dome for romantic dinner and drinks under the stars (provided for a fee). Forty eight (48) hour reservations required for igloo/dome and games.
. Please beware of street parking regulations and be sure to read the street cleaning schedule for which side of the street you park on.
On the side of the apartment, it's Fridays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and it's Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm across the street.
Also, please beware of reserved handicap parking spaces. Your vehicle will be towed if you are parked in one of those spaces.
