This is a large 2 bedroom apartment with separate dining and living rooms where guests can spread out and enjoy each others company.
A big plus is that this apartment is conveniently located within a 2 minute walk to the bus stop where you can take the 107 bus to New York City Port Authority in about 45 mins.

Professional cleaners clean and disinfect after each guest. Plus we block 24 hours between each guest. You also have access to a separate coin operated washer and dryer in the basement in a shared laundry area. This is the perfect place to stay that meets your needs, so we ask that you please treat this house as if it was your own. In the unlikely event that you damage anything in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire private apartment. The backyard is NOT available to you. No drug use or smoking of any kind is allowed inside apartment and on premises. It is our strict policy.
