"There were 2 reservations on file upon check in (one that I had previously cancelled) It took me over an hour to check in because the front desk agent Lloy-Ann and I had to make several phone calls to Expedia and Trip-In to try to figure out which one was the cancelled one or I was going to be charged for both reservations! No one could help us at Expedia! It was a horrible check in experience. Thankfully Lloy-Ann was extremely patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process but...

However, my reservation was for two double beds and when I got to the check-in, the night clerk immediately referred me to the third-party Expedia where I booked the room despite my willingness to show him the confirmed reservation indicating two double beds…. Instead of just telling me that they didn’t have any left…. Thus creating frustration.."
