"There are only 3 pillows on each bed and they are half the size of a regular twin pillow. Also there are only three towels in the room while it was reserved for 4 people."

"Clean and spacious room. Parking is safe and secure. Buffet breakfast had decent options. Only con - Batter for the pancake machine was not refilled to maintain the full duration of breakfast buffet period."

"Ample parking upon arrival, then greeted warmly by guest services when checking in. I stayed in a two queen suite that accommodated me and my 3 guests comfortably. Breakfast had fresh coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal and fruit. Good location to drive or walk around town. Will stay here again if I am in the area."

"It didn't say on the properties website that it's actually a motel, and the motel itself was very unsafe and dirty. The washroom was renovated, which is a benefit, but for the rest, there were sticky floors, and we were not taking off our shoes because it was very dirty."

"We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles"

"It’s just ok.nothing special Nothing terrible"

"Nice hotel but it wasn’t super clean"

"Beautiful property and the staff was great. The room was a little noisy in the Putnam building so we would try another next time as there are several accomodations to choose from."

"No Wifi, Breakfast ran. out of bland food, noisy next to 287"

"The room smelt like cigarettes the entire time I was there. I opened the windows and nothing g changed. It’s definitely you pay for what you get. Breakfast was underwhelming but it’s something. Definitely an older building that needs upgrades. Nice staff tho."
