"Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. "

"Wonderful stay for 3 families who were visiting for an out of town baseball tournament. We had a great experience getting to know Pittsburgh! The location of squirrel Hill was conducive to our needs (seeing sights and playing baseball), parking was user-friendly (even with that car show happening), and the home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 3 families. We also really appreciated the chore-free checkout—such a refreshing touch. Would definitely stay here again! "
