Welcome to the Verandas at Sea Woods. You'll be very hard pressed to find another beachside community that matches this combination of natural beauty and incredible amenities. This 3 bedroom condo also offers an additional 2.5 baths. You will love lounging on the oversized screened patio which is accessed by both bedrooms and the main living area. This unit has a genuine treehouse feel and receives welcomed shade in the summer months from the canopy of beautiful oaks so prevalent throughout Sea Woods. Just grab your flip flops and beach gear! An incredible location - just a very short walk to the beautiful no-drive beach as well as several shopping and dining options. This beach condo was perfect for our weekend trip to celebrate the life of our sister in law at New Smyrna Beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us adults and everything was clean and the beds were very comfy. Though a quick visit, the condo had all the things we needed for our brief stay in a great location.

We were worried as our stay was during hurricane season, but Karen was great to chat with and provided real-time updates as to the status of the unit. Close to restaurants, seconds from the beach, grocery, walking paths, etc. this place has it all!!!

We had a fantastic time. The host was great about communicating with us as we had a few different questions leading up to our trip. The condo was clean and exactly as shown online. The community was also very clean and full of wonderful people. Everybody was very friendly. It is a quick walk to the non drive beach with is perfect. The pools were also a great option to break up the day. We will definitely be back!

The condo was nice and clean! The walk to the beach was very short which was nice. It had plenty of beach chairs and other things that you might want for the beach. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the master suite was switched with the smaller bedroom which made it very cramped and the kids had the bigger bathroom and more space.

I brought 4 Teenage girls and everyone had a wonderful time! The girls play tennis ,walked on the beach and went to the pool. The Unit was clean and very comfortable with all the necessary things to make us all feel like we were home.

Weve never stayed in a condo on previous vacations, and we are now sold on the experience. Close to the beach, quiet, well maintained. It was a great time. A list of go to places was in the property, games to entertain if needed, just well thought out. Highly recommend.

My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to new Smyrna's shopping area. We had plenty of space to spread out. The large screen porch made a wonderful gathering area in the evening. Nice, quiet community with pools and other amenities nearby.
