As close to the beach as possible!!! Located in exclusive Shore Villas, this beautiful beach condo with its own direct Wi-Fi reception is located only 33 feet from the ocean with stunning unobstructed views from the living room, master bedroom, and recently renovated kitchen. Shore Villas consists of only 33 select units located on the non-drive portion of the beach with only 9 direct ocean front units. Shore Villas is located between Ebb Tide and Errol by the Sea. This second floor unit has no neighbors on either side providing absolute privacy and serene breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean directly in front as well as entire New Smyrna Beach to the north and south.

The unit is also caddy corner to the pool with full view of pool from the balcony for watchful parents. Relax and enjoy the balmy breeze of the Atlantic and moonlit nights from the balcony connected to both the entire width of the living room and master bedroom. The living room also has a window on the north side providing an unobstructed bonus view of the beach from the living room and kitchen.

Beach front condo has tile floor in the entire unit and and bathrooms. This unit will truly be your ocean front home away from home. Television sets are conveniently located in each room with cable television. Full size stackable washer/dryer inside of unit. Shopping and restaurants conveniently located close by for your enjoyment.

Due to mobility issue, my main requirement was close proximity to the beach and pool and parking lot. This unit was excellent for us. The beach was clear of weeds, communication with owner was prompt, on site property manager was friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful unit and vacation.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was large with access from the living room and master bedroom. We were directly on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the balcony every morning! The property manager and condo owner were both available for any questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Almost Perfect

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The "almost" part was because of the maintenance work being done while we were there. It was loud at times, but the building manager and the workers were very courteous and polite. We underantand that maintenance needs to be do so didn't let it bother us too much.

Beautiful place

The condo is awesome for getting as close to ocean front as you can get to! This is my second time there and plan on going to the condo yearly. I have no complaints. Nice condo manager, the Wi-Fi went out, he called it in immediately.. beautiful week all around.

Very Relaxing

My sister and I needed a relaxing week, and we certainly got it! We love this place so much that this is our second time staying there. Ted, the owner made sure everything was good when we got there and Sam, the facility manager was super all week! We highly recommend this condo.

Very nice place, top rated views

Place is great, clean, location good, views exceptional. It is a smaller complex and pool was nice but super small and quiet, same people in same spots everyday and you were not supposed to have drinks by the pool and felt if you made any noise by the pool like having fun, you would annoy people. That said, beach is an extra 10 steps away and our teenage children had fun there and my wife and I enjoyed our adult beverages there. Probably not the place for kids but overall very nice, only a 4 for the atmosphere.

Place EXACTLY as advertised!!

This place was a great spot for our family to spend a week!! The views are stunning! The ocean side balcony off of the living room and bedroom was amazing! The elevator and appearance of the condos as we walked to our end was a little sketchy/rough looking but when we opened the door to our condo it was everything that it says that it is! It was clean with lots of space! Easy beach/ocean access! Close to restaurants and things to do! Sam was available for any questions and was friendly! My family would fully recommend stayIng here!!

Quick review

The microwave did not work which made it more difficult to fix our meals and due to cooler temps we were inside more than we liked and with repairs going on we had to listen to jack hammers off and on all day, which made it very difficult to even hear the TV. Other than that the condo was very nice.
