  • Bedrooms are primary King bed and secondary has a new queen bed and new twin bed. Also includes a queen blowup.Oceanwalk Condominiums are situated at the quiet end of NSB. Smaller dogs only and add pet fee at booking. Ask if more than 1 dog, fee is per dog. This unit offers all the amenities of home! The almost 1400 sq foot oasis faces the ocean, so you get a peek of the ocean from the large balcony off the living room and can also view the ocean from the main bedroom. Bedroom includes access to the patio as well. Unwind on the balcony with your favorite glass of wine or beverage. This 2nd floor corner unit is situated in the front of the community and offers a nicely furnished large living area with a spacious kitchen, a full laundry room, large main bedroom with a luxurious attached bathroom which includes a jetted tub separate from the standup shower. There is also a large front bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin plus an area with a desk for office work (private video conf. calls) or school usage. Second bathroom is situated right next to this bedroom-full bathroom with tub/shower etc. Brand new Smart TV's in all the rooms with high speed internet hooked up for streaming your favorite channels/shows, or for getting any left-over work completed. This condo rental includes secured covered garage parking for 1 car along with pool passes-2 resort pools, rec. center, sauna, and gym access (includes tennis courts, shuffle board, & basketball.) Steps to pool and resort right outside unit’s front door off sundeck. It’s a short walk to the beach along the sidewalk with a dedicated beach boardwalk across the street. There is also a beautiful nature path along the entire community to view the nature preserve that runs along the back of the community. If renting during rocket launch schedules-incredible views of the launches from the balcony. Canaveral Seashore only a few minutes away. Community is only a short 5-minute drive to Flagler Avenue to enjoy all the extensive shops, bars, and restaurants that New Smyrna Beach offers. Beach gear available as well. Just bring your favorite food and drink, kick back and relax.

We loved the property, location and quietness of community. The condo is decorated beautifully, has everything you need and property manager was great and very helpful. No issues with our stay and would stay there again.

Amazing NSB visit

We have come to New Smyrna Beach for years with family and seen quite a few Oceanwalk properties, but this was by far one of the nicest! Very clean with beautiful features and well stocked. Communication was quick and check in/check out process was easy. It was perfect for our family and we had an amazing visit!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. Beautiful furnishings...lots of amenities available...Loved the large porch with an ocean peek! NSB Anniversary Weekend

Beautiful furnished spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen and every amenity you can think of. This is the cleanest, immaculate condo we have ever rented through VRBO. Dawn was fantastic to work with and is very responsive. Great stay for a weekend. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We will certainly rent again!

From booking to checking in went smoothly thanks to Dawn communicating the details of the property. Great location quick access to the beach, short distance to any stores restaurants you might need. Dawn responded quickly to questions we had. Condo is beautifully decorated with location on 2nd flr sun deck is just outside door and pool, fitness ctr just across parking lot
