Great condo

The condo was great. I was not happy that you are not allowed to turn the air conditioner lower than 74 degrees. Also, the elevators were very small and difficult to bring groceries up to the condo. Otherwise, the condo was comfortable and supplied well.

Shortcomings

Beautiful view but two chairs for four people to enjoy would have been appreciated. Well stocked kitchen. TVs were promised and at times only one could be used.Sheets were very thin and kept coming off and pillows were flat. Towels were plenty enough. Elevators were getting stuck and lots of repair work still being done.

Our issue

The place was nice, we never could get the parking pass as I never was able to find the property manager. We reported some all issues with lighting and they were never corrected. Would also be nice to have over the door racks to hang damp towels or bathrobe. Over all we had a great time

Coronado Tower

The condo was great! It appeared to be renovated recently and was well maintained. Very clean, plenty of pots/pans/dishes/etc. North of Flagler Ave is a great location as it is a bit less crowded on the beach. (+)We clogged the kitchen sink and called for repair and the sink was unclogged very quickly! (-) Parking was rough. One designated spot is included. There are multiple additional 'visitor' spaces in the lot but you have to ask for a pass each day and there is no overnight visitor parking. We had our second car remotely and walk/drive to get it daily.

Enjoyed our week stay. This condo is within walking distance to Flagler Ave. There are golf courses minutes away and this condo has direct beach view. Also, everything came as advertised, no surprises. Definitely would stay here again.

Fall break 2021

This is our second time staying In this condo. It is perfect for us! The view is amazing and we were out on the balcony every morning drinking our coffee and watching the sun come up. We had the pool to ourselves pretty much the entire week and the ocean is right on the other side of the pool. Very short walk to one of our favorites on the beach - “Breakers”. There are pool toys and beach toys in the condo so we did not have to purchase anything for our five-year-old. It had everything we needed.. I’m sure will be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. The only drawback was the small bed in the master bedroom. We would definitely consider returning to this condo!

Incredibly clean!

We enjoyed our week in 504! The property was very clean and our condo was in near-perfect condition! My only suggestion would be for owners to consider upgrading bed pillows, adding some bath hooks for wet suits and towels and/or a folding drying rack, and an ironing board (iron was in the unit - just no board). Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing week at the beach!

The condo was absolutely perfect! The view was breathtaking! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and the ocean. The pool was perfect for our 5 year old. And never crowded! Condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay so very much! My husband even asked if we could book for next year spring break. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

Quiet and nice view

Very nice location and view. Wished the master bedroom had a larger bed and better pillows. Bathrooms were very nice and there was plenty of space for clothes. Really enjoyed the blender and the kitchen overhead fan. . Over all happy

Exceptional sunrises!

This newly renovated condo was just what my family needed for our week on the coast. Beautiful views, comfortable furnishings, new appliances. Would have liked a king bed in the master, but otherwise very comfortable.
