This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, offers the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and breathtaking views. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, this coastal retreat is ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a relaxing escape by the sea.

This property is managed by a local family-owned management company called LAFERIAS BEACHFRONT PROPERTIES LLC and they are available 7 days per week to answer questions or just help with anything you may need during your stay at the beach.

Flagler avenue is a short distance away and is famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 40 minute drive, visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive or catch a Nascar race at the Daytona International Speedway which is only a 25 minute drive.

The complex has two large, beautiful pools with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from. The large community clubhouse is great to entertain your visitors or mingle with the other guests. . Oh yes, if you enjoy shuffleboard, you can challenge someone to show off your skills. You will have a difficult time finding a better resort style property in the neighborhood.

Twenty-five minutes' drive from Daytona!! This condominium is directly on the water, sitting on the balcony off the living room you are watching beach goers, surfers, dolphin looking for their next meal and birds doing the same. The interior is fresh and updated with all of the comforts of home.

Plenty of parking for your rental car or Uber is available if you plan to participate in the local monthly wine tasting event. You can also rent bicycles upon request. Just ask us.

Beach week at New Smyrna Beach

This condo has had updating in kitchen and bathrooms, which are very nice! Being a corner unit and directly on the ocean, it has great views of the beach! We even got to see a couple space shots from the cape, go up from the balcony! The property manager is very responsive to anything you need. The couch and recliner could be updated.
