Nestled in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom getaway is ready to welcome you for a truly unforgettable stay.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the calming atmosphere, starting with the cozy living room—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Whether you want to kick back and watch your favorite shows on one of the 3 flat-screen smart TVs or just relax with loved ones, you’ll feel right at home.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare a home-cooked meal whenever you feel like staying in. With modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you need, it’s a joy to cook up breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Enjoy your meal in the spacious dining area or take it outside to the balcony and dine al fresco while soaking in the peaceful views.

The amenities at Bouchelle Island are endless, and as our guest, you’ll have full access to them all! Just steps from your door, you can take a dip in one of the two pools or challenge yourself on the 18-hole pitch-and-putt golf course (we’ve got the clubs, tees, and balls ready for you!). Want to try something new? Play a match of pickleball on the newly refinished courts (paddles and balls provided), or simply relax on the 1/2-mile riverfront promenade where you can watch dolphins play and enjoy stunning sunsets.

When you're ready for the beach, it’s just a short walk (less than a mile!) to feel the warm Florida sand between your toes. Whether you’re soaking up the sun, reading a good book, or exploring the charming shops and restaurants of Flagler Avenue, you’ll find plenty to enjoy. Don’t miss out on some of the area’s best dining spots, like Norwood’s Treehouse and The Garlic, all just a stroll away.

After a day of adventure, retreat to your serene master bedroom, complete with a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features another comfortable queen-sized murphy bed, plus access to the second bathroom—or turn it into your own office space if your trip is for business. With Wi-Fi available throughout, it’s the perfect setup for work or relaxation.

For your convenience, on-site parking is available, so you can easily park your car right near the condo and be on your way to enjoying everything Bouchelle Island and New Smyrna Beach have to offer.
