Welcome to your beach vacation home!
We have spectacular ocean views from every room! Both bedrooms, the living room, balcony and even from the window in the kitchen. As you enter this well appointed two-bedroom, two bath condo you will immediately go into relaxation mode. This is a perfect choice for families of four as it offers an open floor plan that combines the living, dining and kitchen spaces.

After a busy day at the beach relax on the plush couch or recliners with a good book, to watch tv on the large flat-screen cable TV or to enjoy a game night with family. Large sliding glass doors invite you to the private balcony where you can take in a beautiful sunrise or gaze at the beautiful beach below.

The living and dining room are one big open room so everyone can be together. In the fully stocked kitchen you will find beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a keurig for your morning coffee and plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils are available to prepare meals for the entire family.

Two bedrooms await you when you are ready to retire. The primary hosts a comfortable king size bed with an ocean view and en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ample dresser and closet space. The guest bath is close by and has a standard bathtub with shower, vanity with granite counter and plenty of towels.

Free WIFI, cable, beach towels and other beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.
High speed internet w/access to ethernet port & wifi.

We are located in Castle Reef - 4175 S Atlantic Avenue.

Just a Few Steps Away from the condo:
Dining, cocktails, yoga, grocery a church, etc.

New Smyrna Beach Stay

We spent three weeks at Leanne’s condo. I wish it could have been longer. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, pool, and shopping across the street. We loved the balcony and amazing view of the beach and ocean.

NSB is an awesome beach with fabulous downtown!

Fabulous vacation area! Wonderful condo location with beautiful views and meticulously maintained outdoor area!! Awesome outdoor pool, cabana and shuffleboard area. Hosts were very helpful attentive and informative. We will be back!

Perfect location beach, groceries, and restaurants

Leanne and Gary are great hosts- super responsive to all our questions- the space is lovely- well supplied kitchen for cooking- great balcony seating and views with nice high railing to protect our grands- DG across the street for picking up whatever we needed- Publix down the street-several great restaurants , bars and ice cream shops within walking distance…Catholic Church a 6 min walk, great sidewalks for walking and biking and wonderful pool and beach spaces with shuffle board - plenty of poolside seating - the condo was supplied with chairs and cooler for the Beach- We hope to return next year

Beautiful condo!

Condo was just as owner listed and had everything you need for a great vacation at the beach! The condo grounds and facilities were meticulously maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Symrna Beach. The condo is updated and nicely decorated. It was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved the ocean view from the balcony and the pool and ocean did not disappoint. The location was also great with restaurants, a small grocery store and ice cream right across the street. The communication with the host was great! We would recommend staying here!

Castle Reef Family Reunion at the Ocean

Have been going to Castle Reef since childhood. Beautiful condo and pool/ocean view! Loved the beach decor and the pull out bed was comfy. Lots of bath/beach towels and very clean. Loved having nice beach chairs, boogie boards and even an umbrella—amenities that we really appreciated! Nicest by far of VRBO’s we have stayed in. Leanne was prompt and thorough with communication. Would highly recommend and not hesitate going back!

Ocean Serenity

The condo is on the fifth floor and the balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean - during our stay, the ocean was active and yet very soothing while having morning coffee and evening drinks. It is truly a spectacular view. The balcony also offers a view of the pool and lounge area plus the well-kept gardens. The balcony furniture is great for lounging and spending hours in the outdoors.

Beautiful location that feels like home! Condo has great views of the beach and sunrises! Very clean and cozy. Close to a lot of great restaurants and stores. Leanne was a great host and Communicated very well with instruction access and made sure there were no issues! Will definitely be back!

Lovely condo with ocean view.

Clean, well decorated condo, just as described. Owner goes out of her way to make you welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of water for each of us, along with a basket of snacks. The wall hangers in each bedroom, as well as a clothes hanger on the deck come in very handy with damp or wet clothes. Great location. I will definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful condo with great ocean views overlooking the pool and gazebo. The renovations were smart and accommodating and we had all of the luxuries of home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the decor was bright and clean. Leanne was very easy to reach and was very communicative leading up to and throughout our trip. With an excellent breakfast place, cozy Italian restaurant and grocery store just across the street, we had all we needed right nearby. The community was also quiet in the evenings which was very nice. We loved the balcony. We would definitely recommend and plan to go back.

Beautiful view and short walk to the beach.

Sweet condo. It was decorated nicely and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking essentials. The host, Leanne went out of her way to insure our satisfaction. The pool was nice and grounds well kept. Would definitely stay again.
